Inputting Data Into Rosch EMR-Allergy Rosch EMR-Allergy provides multiple ways to input the patient's data into the system. Practices can manually key information, use Tablet PC's, use voice recognition, web based questionnaires and/or use a scanning software package. There are two types of scanning packages that practices can choose to use with Rosch EMR-Allergy: an OCR scanning package and an image scanner. An OCR allows for patient forms to be scanned into the system automatically populating database fields within the EMR eliminating the need for data entry. Rosch EMR-Allergy supports scanning images into the system as well. For example, practices can scan in lab results, PFT results, skin testing results, HIPAA forms, etc.
